Privacy Policy

Who we are

theaiofficers.com is operated by Academy Printers Private Limited, trading as The AI Officer Network, Block B, Warden Court, August Kranti Marg, Mumbai 400026, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, email and company, your colleagues' email addresses and any note you add, when you use “Share this sample report” on the Atlas Lite page; and anything you write to us by email. Registration, the AI Readiness Check and Talk to us run on platform.theaiofficers.com, which has its own privacy policy.
• What your browser sends. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics, only if you press Accept in the cookie notice (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To send the sample report you asked us to share, and to reply to your emails.
• To send each colleague you name the one email you asked us to send. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe, and an address that unsubscribes is never emailed again. A colleague you name can also write to hello@theaiofficers.com at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about them, or to raise it with our Grievance Officer — the same rights this page gives you.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To send you follow-up about the request you made. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of this site for us: Hostinger (hosting), Google Analytics (usage measurement, only with your consent), and our own platform at platform.theaiofficers.com, which stores what you send through the share form and sends the emails through Resend. Each is bound to use your data only to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Share-form details for 12 months. Your colleagues' email addresses and your note are deleted 30 days after the email is sent, unless that colleague registers. Emails you send us: for as long as we are in conversation with you and for 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case client terms apply. Analytics data per Google's default retention.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@theaiofficers.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also write to our Grievance Officer, Sannah Thakur, at sannah@theaiofficers.com or call +91 99308 31592 — we acknowledge a complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This site is for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
